Johan Saarela

Johan received his M.Sc. in environmental science from Gothenburg University and his B.Sc. in environmental engineering from the Swedish Polytechnic institution in Vaasa. Since 2008 he has been working with questions related to waste and sustainability in both Sweden and Finland. Living and working in these two Nordic countries has given the possibility to established a wide network of contacts to tackle today’s biggest challenge, global warming, with.

In 2012 he started working as a Development Engineer at Ab Stormossen Oy in Vaasa. He now works with biogas related questions with a main focus on biogas upgrading and the use of bio-methane in the transport sector.
