LUMA Center Ostrobothnia will be organizing workshops for daycare and school groups during EnergyWeek on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 9:00–10:00 AM and 10:15–11:15 AM.
The workshops are suitable for preschoolers and all primary school grade levels.
Solar Power and Electric Music (Preschool, Grades 1–2)
Come and explore whether a solar panel can light up a lamp or make gears turn. The workshop also includes electricity conductivity experiments and music!
Solar Power and Electricity from a Potato (Grades 3–6)
Can a solar panel power a disco light or charge a phone? And is it possible to generate electricity using a potato? Come and find out!
