Viktoriya Kerelska is Public Affairs Advisor for EU frameworks at WindEurope. She follows policy and regulatory developments affecting wind energy at national and EU level. She is in charge of WindEurope’s advocacy on the EU 2020 and post-2020 energy framework and state aid rules. Prior to joining WindEurope in 2015, Viktoriya has been working in the renewable energy sector for the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), Energy Cities and the European Commission. A Bulgarian national, Viktoriya has a background in political affairs and holds a M.A. in International Energy from Sciences Po Paris.
