Juha Ripatti

Juha Ripatti has experience in the Finnish energy industry since the early 2010’s, managing Westenergy’s circular economy and decarbonization strategy and project portfolio from 2019 onwards, especially focusing on the development of the company’s carbon capture strategy and deploying it into practice. Most recently, this work has resulted in project ECCU, aiming for an investment in full-scale carbon capture. Additionally, Juha has significant experience managing Westenergy’s small but highly professional interest representation team, working on regulatory issues and policies on both national and EU levels to enable, among other things, the recycling of sustainable carbon.
