Oviemuno Umuakpo Fredrick

General Manager

Mr. Fredrick is the General Manager of Maro-Kana Enterprise, where he oversees daily operations for the company’s multi-million dollar portfolio in oil and gas asset protection. The firm serves as a key subcontractor to Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, which is contracted to secure critical oil and gas infrastructure across the entire Niger Delta region.

He brings a distinctive blend of practical industry leadership and academic expertise to the energy sector. Mr. Fredrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Administration and a Master’s degree from the University of Benin. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Administration at Delta State University, Abraka, with a research focus on policy development. His academic contributions include several published articles in both local and international journals.

Before his current role, Mr. Fredrick served as Head of Department, Political Science, at the College of Education, Warri, from 2019 to 2020. He is also a seasoned administrator and former President of the Isoko National Youth Assembly (INYA), where he played a pivotal role in reshaping youth activism and fostering constructive engagement in the Niger Delta. His governance experience includes serving as a member of the Okowa-Sheriff transition committee in Delta State.
