Outi Pakarinen

The Finnish Biogas Association / Regional Council of Central Finland

Outi Pakarinen is currently working in Regional Council of Central Finland in EU-Life-IP funded project called Circwaste. Moreover, she is a member of the board of the Finnish Biogas Association. In her Ph.D.thesis she studied biomethane and hydrogen production from crop biomass and waste materials. She is of course driving a biogas car.
