Kinga Charpentier, acting as Head of Corporate Finance at EY Finland and also co-leading the EY Nordics Renewables team, brings more than 17 years of international experience in advising private equity, corporate, and public sector clients on complex domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, debt financings and capital raisings mainly in the Energy, Renewables and Infrastructure sectors.

Kinga has over 12 years of offshore wind experience from both mature and emerging offshore markets, most recently advising Metsähallitus on the first utility scale offshore wind projects in Finland. Prior to EY, Kinga gained valuable experience in investment banking at financial institutions like DEPFA Bank, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (MUFG), and KfW IPEX-Bank.
