Hanna Smith

Doctor Hanna Smith is a Professor of Practice in preparedness and resilience research at the University of Vaasa. Smith is an internationally recognised expert on hybrid threats and security policy, who alongside her role at the university works as Senior Strategic Adviser at the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
