Bahaa Eltahawy
Project researcher at the University of Vaasa’s School of Technology and Innovations, specializes in cybersecurity and resilience in the energy sector. He’s been involved in several key projects like REDISET, EUNICE, and SESP, and has taught courses in Management of Cybersecurity and Enterprise Architectures. Currently, he’s completing his PhD in Information Systems, focusing on privacy protection in cyberspace, particularly in the energy sector. Bahaa holds a M.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering, a M.Eng. in Project Management, and a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering.
Bahaa Eltahawy is a project researcher at the Digital Economy Research Platform, School of Technology and Innovations, University of Vaasa. He actively contributes to projects focused on cybersecurity, resilience, and the energy sector, with a particular interest in the educational landscape. Bahaa has participated in various projects, including REDISET, EUNICE, SIE, SESP, NTC, NTC, and others. In addition to his project work, he has also taught courses such as Management of Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architectures, and Management of ICT-Function.
Currently, Bahaa is finalizing his PhD in Information Systems, and his research is around protecting privacy in the cyberspace, with a special emphasis on the energy sector. Bahaa holds a M.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering, a M.Eng. in Project Management, and B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering, too
