Alkistis Kontou

Alkistis C. Kontou received the Diploma degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece, in 2019. Since 2019, she works as a Researcher within the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Greece. She is currently Senior Researcher and PhD Candidate, leading the hardware and power hardware-in-the-loop experimental validation at the Electric Energy Systems Laboratory of NTUA. Her research interests lie in control of power inverters, converter-driven stability, microgrids, cyber-security aspects of smart grids and advanced laboratory validation methods. She has contributed to several European, national and international research projects in the field of power systems. She is a Member of the IEEE and a Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
