Emilene Leite

Dr Emilene Leite is an Associate Professor/Docent (tenure track) in International Business at the University of Vaasa. Her research examines inter-organisational partnerships, cooperation, and project-based collaboration in multinational enterprises, with a particular focus on smart city initiatives and innovation ecosystems.

She investigates how firms, governments, and academic institutions coordinate resources, and collaborate in projects that produce tangible societal and organizational outcomes.
