Matchmaking

At the EnergyWeek Matchmaking, you can meet new potential business and technology partners in pre-scheduled 20 minute meetings, just enough time to make a first impression that lasts! The matchmaking event welcomes companies and experts from all the sectors of the energy industry. Participation is free of charge, registration mandatory.

The onsite 1to1 meetings take place from Tuesday to Thursday, on the 4th floor of the Vaasa City Hall from 9:00 to 17:00.

REGISTRATION TO THE MATCHMAKING

There’s a separate registration to the EnergyWeek events and the Matchmaking. The registration to the Matchmaking will open in January 2026.

MATCHMAKING INFO SESSIONS

We will organize two info sessions about the matchmaking in EnergyWeek 2026. No registration needed, just click the link to join the Teams meeting! In the info session, we will shortly go through the idea of the matchmaking, what is a good participant profile, how to find meeting partners and what happens on the matchmaking area in Vaasa. You can also ask questions from the organizers.

The dates & times of the info sessions will be informed in January 2026.
