Matchmaking

At the EnergyWeek Matchmaking, you can meet new potential business and technology partners in pre-scheduled 20 minute meetings, just enough time to make a first impression that lasts! The matchmaking event welcomes companies and experts from all the sectors of the energy industry. Participation is free of charge, registration mandatory.

The onsite 1to1 meetings take place from Tuesday to Thursday, on the 4th floor of the Vaasa City Hall from 9:00 to 17:00.

NOTE! Tuesday and Wednesday are fully booked, and you cannot book meetings unless there are cancellations. However, you can send messages to other participants and agree to meet e.g. over a coffee.  (status on 18 March 2025)

MATCHMAKING INFO SESSIONS

We will organize two info sessions about the matchmaking in EnergyWeek 2025. No registration needed, just click the link to join the Teams meeting! In the info session, we will shortly go through the idea of the matchmaking, what is a good participant profile, how to find meeting partners and what happens on the matchmaking area in Vaasa. You can also ask questions from the organizers.
