NAPTIN is Nigeria’s leading institution for technical training, capacity development, and workforce transformation in the electricity sector. Established to professionalize and strengthen the country’s power industry, NAPTIN operates a nationwide network of Regional Training Centres that deliver competency‑based training for utilities, regulators, engineers, technicians, and emerging sector professionals.

NAPTIN plays a central role in Nigeria’s energy transition by developing modern curricula, advancing vocational skills, and supporting sector reforms.
