2025: Regulation of low-carbon gas markets – an industry perspective

Wednesday 19 March

Art Hall

Hydrogen, e-fuels and other low-carbon fuel solutions are a key part of future energy mix. These markets depend on current and future regulatory frameworks, which provide for production, consumption and market rules.

The panel will dive into the details of these new markets and their regulation. We will discuss hydrogen production and market rules as well as regulatory frameworks for carbon capture technologies and the production of e-fuels. In addition to the applicable laws and regulations and their practical application, we will also discuss gaps and shortcomings of this regulatory framework.
