Halide Energy is a Finnish developer and manufacturer of copper flow batteries for energy companies, utilities and industrial users, to manage their long duration energy storage and flexibility needs while meeting their sustainable electrification targets. Designed for modular storage between 4 to 12 hours, the battery is suitable for all applications including peak shaving, balancing services, and different revenue stacking on the grid markets. The battery technology overcomes the degradation challenges and thermal risks of traditional lithium BESS, and the use of low-cost components and electrolyte allows us to reach market-competitive costing. We are seeking project opportunities, EPCs, and strategic partners for battery deployment in the Nordics across 2026-2027
