Arriving to Vaasa
Vaasa is easily accessed by train, by plane with Finnair via Helsinki or SAS via Stockholm, by car or by ferry.
The train or bus will take you directly to the city centre of Vaasa. The EnergyWeek event and most hotels are within walking distance from the train station.
Rent a car and drive to Vaasa. And why not share a car and network the whole trip: use #GettingToEnergyWeek to find someone to share a ride with.
If you are arriving by car, we recommend parking in ToriParkki, which is in the very heart of the city and just a stone’s throw from the City Hall, where all the events take place.

Means of transportation in Vaasa
During EnergyWeek we have EnergyWeek biogas buses to get you from and to Vaasa Airport on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Final schedules will be confirmed closer to the event.

The bus is free of charge for all EnergyWeek visitors.

The journey from the airport to the city centre takes about 30 minutes, with departures 1–2 times per hour on weekdays. A single ticket costs €1.50 (contactless) or €2.00 (cash), and a day ticket costs €5.20.
