Gas Exchange 3: Using New Fuels, Technologies and Applications


The Vaasa Gas Exchange 2020 seminar will highlight fascinating topics of the gas industry from international, national and regional level. The audience will hear the first experiences about opening the Finnish gas market on January 1st, 2020 – one of the most important changes in its history. One topic of the seminar is biogas and the potential in reduction of emissions and mobilising of renewable energies as business and regional wellbeing. The seminar will also discuss the prospects of present status and future possibilities of the power-to-gas technologies.

Seminar will be held in 3 sessions. The topics for the sessions are: (session 1, 10:00-11:15) Opening the Finnish Gas Market, (session 2, 12:00-13:15) Biogas in Finland – Today and in the Future and (session 3, 14:00-15:15) Using New Fuels, Technologies and Applications.
