International Forum on Energy Transition
The purpose of the international forum is to engage policy makers, research experts and industrial practitioners from China and Europe addressing major issues regarding energy transition from a policy perspective. By doing so, we aim to promote the international STI cooperation between China and Europe towards green growth.
International Forum on Energy Transition is organized by the newly established Sino-Finnish Research center for Science, Technology and Innovation (hereafter the Sino-Finnish STI center). The Sino-Finnish STI center is cofounded by the University of Vaasa and Chinese Academy of Science-Institute of science and Development. We aim to build a Nordic think tank supporting policy makers and business in Europe and China with a mission to address environmental and societal challenges and promote economic growth by means of conducting policy studies on science technology and innovation.
