This year’s seminar will offer an overview of the prospects and trends in Finland and in Europe for using biogas and natural gas as fuel in the transport sector. Market penetration and acceptance will be a central theme of the seminar, while the reaction of local and national companies to switching to gas fuel will be examined. The production of biomethane, technical developments promoting the integration of gas in circular economies and examples of how gas fuel is being utlilized in land and sea based solutions will also be discussed.
